Florida room along the back of the house is a comfortable area for entertaining, TV, ping pong, games, etc. It leads to a small patio with a kid friendly in ground, screened in pool, which is heated! Backyard is private and fenced for your pets. It has a shuffle board and corn hole for fun as well as a private sunning patio with gas BBQ. Walk to the famous Laggerheads for drinks and dinner. Nice Florida room that has AC and Heat that flows into the back porch. All newly decorated with new linens, towels, etc. Lots of amenities...even an air compressor for, toys, tires and tools.. Pets are allowed!
